Every year, Texas Teachers are asked to complete Star Chart. All certified classroom teachers and librarians are required to complete the Teacher STaR Chart. The purpose of Star Chart is to assist all classroom teachers in assessing needs and setting goals for the use of technology in the classroom to support student achievement. STaR Chart may be used by our district to self report on items in HB5 related to technology integration. Log into http://starchart.epsilen.com/. Look for an email with your Username to get started.
If you are new to your school, you will use 'password' as your password and set up your profile and change your password, before starting the STaR Chart. Teachers returning to the same school set up passwords last year or in previous years. If you forgot your password, request your password and it will be emailed to you. The STaR Chart takes about 15 minutes to complete. Additional STaR Chart directions are available by following the link.
